Enjoyed the Tackle Show in Mesquite today, not that there
was anything we all haven't seen before, but visiting with
fellow Ray Hubbard TFF'ers I haven't seen in a while, and
putting faces to some of the names I see all the time on the forum.
Hope to get back on RH soon & see you guys on the lake.

Hey Doug it was nice meeting you and just being out and a bout yesterday! Enjoyed some homemade chili at Moes house along with diet milk and some great company being Mr JD , JV , Ruben , Big F'n Cliff , dad , double Dee and tha Rock' Roy! Had a great time fellas as usual.. We finally proceeded to the Mesquite Tackle Show were we Ran into Mr Gibbons .... Watched Rockwall Wraps do a couple jobs on some bass boats which was very cool to see! Brad and Co do great work. Good seeing Tommy from Plano Marine out there were they also do great service! Had fun ...... If ya don't mind Doug I'm gonna add just a couple pics....Thank you miss Sarah for your time with a photo shoot with Dad and David .... Roy your still jenga champ

Opinions of ths show?
Slightly better than what I expected
Most prices about retail or a little higher, some sales were over retail
Good selection, friendly people
Heard many comments on the car prices vs boats!
Best price I ever saw on trilene line and Zoom Flukes
We had a good time and would go again
We found an original title to an outboard motor in the parking lot and turned it in

This was my first DFW area show. Compared to the Pacific NW Sportsman show it was TINY. The whole show would fit in a corner of the show I'm used to going to. No real deals. No major retailers. Very few boats. I doubt I'll be going back. Big show
