@ miller bridge.

Same dam that prevented them from going up last year. They re did Miller and blocked the creek with a dam so they could devert the creek around the bridge to put pylons in.

plus the lake level should make it really hard for them to even make it to the mouth of RC.

It shouldn't matter if the creek is flooded to the bank, right? The dam is not even half way from the bank right now so if the creek is flooded to the bank then they should be able to travel upstream.

Agreed.

They will make it over the dam, but last year they really didn't make a push. Water is so freaking low, they didn't really push any further than Miller. They are suppose to be done with it before spring time they said. if the lake comes up 3 ft, they will go to firewheel. But then you have the pipe to get over at the bike trail parking lot.

I just went to Rowlett creek yesterday when it was nice around 2pm, I caught 14 white bass and lost 2 they all are in between 8in and 9in no keepers. The water level looked real well it was down 2 weeks ago but looks good, now we just have to wait for the bigger ones to come in. I was fishing on the Miller rd where the construction is going on, they do have a damn setup due to construction so I don't know how far they will get up in the creek this year.

Any advice on how to get back in there? With all the construction vehicles moving about I didn't want to interfere. I did see 2 guys cross the creek via a fallen tree to make their way over there but they were having a hard time so I said screw it.

When I go fishing there it's usually on a Saturday so there is no construction personnel there. I will usually just drive down the dirt road they made towards the creek and park on the concrete pad. Good Luck fish
