Anyone know if this lake has a boat dock or fishing barge or is it just the dock at the park where people fish? Thanks for any input.

There is no boat dock or fishing barge on Halbert.

There is a fishing pier by the boat ramp. It's not covered.

3 main spots people fish are 1.)the pier that you spoke of. (brushed out)
2.) The rocks by the train tracks in the spring. (watch for snakes) (no really that place produces big crappie, and even bigger snakes!)
3.) on the south side there is a culvert people fish.
But nothing covered, if that's what you seek.
