you can attach a standard deck mount to a swim platform, either drill it and bolt or use a backing plate and bolts thru slots without drilling

here's another clamped to swim ladder leg when leg is in up/ locked position, mount comes on/ off easily.
--also you can spin the mount around the leg so actually using ladder with the mount attached is on option.

dbones.....

if you have motor bolts or jackplate bolts it can be done.. this is on a huge G3 Jonboat.
--all you need are the 2 engine bolts, this app had transom gusset bolts nearby so we used them in the baseplate profile but its overkill.
you might have to get longer bolts to accomodate baseplate thickness..
