Richlad Creek had big crappie in it before the lake was built. My grandpaw takled about the fish he use to catch out of the creek!

Not only did t.p,w stock many brood pit's in J.p. they also flooded several existing ponds;
I only fished them for bass , they were good size. these adult fish of all species went into the
lake as it filled . I am sure it happens with all mam made lakes of any size.
