Would be really nice if they aired current shows. This year it seems like everything was at least a year old.

It says John will still be there. Fish will be Fishing Champs, host duties are still McCalmont's.
"Fish will join long time Bass Champs host and executive producer John McCalmont along with the Fishburne production company to bring a fresh new look to the Bass Champs television show."
It also makes it clear Fish will be fishing!

It also makes it clear Fish will be fishing! Not what I had originally heard but glad John is still going to be on there. Hopefully they won't be changing the theme song.......

It's been hard to contain the excitement about Fish coming on board with Bass Champs,so glad the news is out.
As sponsors, this is HUGE news for Fun-n-Sun Boats & Tackle, as well as Skeeter Boats. Our partnership/friendships with Jeff & Chad has been strong for many years(I even had Fish Fishburne co host my Whitney Tournament many years ago), so our move last year to Bass Champs TV was the shot in the arm we needed for our TV viewing customer base. With Fish and his personality joining John Mac on the show, you can expect some pretty interesting entertainment.
I know the Fun-n-Sun Team is excited to be the home dealership for all involved and look forward to Fish and Bass Champs at our in-house tackle & boat show on Jan 16-17-18.
