I may be wrong but I think it was a trash can size popper and stella 18k on komodo dragon rod yes, he caught it on a large jetted popper.

I may be wrong but I think it was a trash can size popper and stella 18k on komodo dragon rod yes, he caught it on a large jetted popper.  Is this the "Jetted Popper"? It's a Williamson Jetpopper. Or are you describing a Marlin Lure?

Not that popper as that series does not have the hot pink and Steve was using a jetted hot pink popper. I am sure he has some of that series in his roll case but not that lure shown above.

I'd bet it's that giant Kimitsu 200 that I sold him last year...... or the OTI sea dragon, that's the biggest popper I know of. http://www.oceantackle.net/popping.html

Reading some of the reports from earlier trips, we should all have had one of those. They were catching fish before our trip on Halcos.
