this is not a post about whether Hydrowave works or not (I guess I will find out), but I ordered a Hydrowave through Amazon and upon wiring it I found it didn't work. Well, thanks to the people at Hydrowave, I had a new unit in my hand within 24 hours. Instead of telling me to send it back through Amazon they fixed me up right away. Thanks for good customer service.

Good to hear. I was also impressed with power pole customer service. I called trying to buy a new bracket, they said it was under warranty and sent it free.
