Has anyone ever been to and fished Indianola Park near Matagorda? I am trying to put together a list of good spots accessible without a boat for an upcoming trip. I had not ever heard of this one, and wanted some recommendations before making the drive. Thanks!

Do not try to fish there in a big north wind. Other than that it's a spot that depends on hard tide movement.

There are some excellent areas to fish without a boat along the coastal bend.

Good idea to start making a list and game plan.

Knowing when those 'spots' turn on or what makes them more productive than others times of the year or tide phase is the ticket to success. wink
