I am a Skeeter dealer so you may think I am bias and I probably am but here is my two cents. Having some inside knowledge such as understanding the commitment Skeeter has made for software and engineers to continually design and update the Skeeter hull is amazing. Some companies and I won't say which one just drag up the old molds of previously models, put a shiny new redesigned top cap and call it something different. Skeeter truly listens to their pro's in the field and continues to strive to get better. With all that said Skeeter is very stable and has the # 1 market share for high end bass boats in the largest bass boat market in the world (DFW) and not to mention higher resale values. The customer support like reel money, the owners tournament, their partnership with Basschamps, their support of your local dealers like us here at Fun-n-Sun. They help with the BCT Top 6 event, our Adult/Youth tournament trail not to mention all the huge rebates they give us to help all the buyers a chance to get a nice discount on a great boat. Skeeter is built in Texas and most of the employees that work at Skeeter fish. Skeeter is the best riding, most stable and well engineered boat I think on the market. I can tell you this, If I did not work for a Skeeter dealer I would still spend my hard earned dollar on a Skeeter period. Well I'm getting off my soap box now and as you can tell I'm a believer and that's why I say YES to Skeeter!

I have owned more Skeeters than any other brand and one big difference is they bid all their parts out . If you want a lock top 4 years ago, chances are they don't have it - I had a I boat in 2008 that had 3 sets of keys for the boxes and I bought it new a year before , when the locks quit I had to get a new lock and key . They aren't has likely to sell out because the last owners sell the motors as well as the boats . The workman ship on a Skeeter is not as good as a Ranger . I have had 3 of both since 2007. If you call Ranger they will send you the part if in warranty and no questions asked, I don't own a boat now , retiree. but if you need a part for a Ranger 20 years ago , they got it. Service and attitude is the big differences in my 30 years of boating and I live close to Kilgore and know them well
