The ride is great. Hole shot is tops. Ride is pretty dry also, only get sprayed in high waves and winds. Fishing them is easy, had 4 adults bass fishing out of it a few weeks ago and no problems. Handles like a dream. My 150 Merc stays neck and neck with my buddy's Nitro with a 200 and only slightly slower than my other buddy's Stratos with a 200. Mine is a 95 model and I still have only normal wear and tear issues with it. Skeeter has been my favorite boat by far.

Never argue with an idiot...he'll drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

I don't run a bug but I was told customer service was top notch! Plus they are made in the greatest state, Texas!

I've owned several Skeeters along with most of the other major boats. I believe a lot of it is personal things that a fisherman prefers in one boat over the next....doesn't mean it is better, just that person's taste. I think most all the name brand boats are good quality and each person must decide for themselves. So I ask:

Why Ranger?
Why Skeeter?
Why BassCat?
Why Nitro?
Why Phoenix?
Why Allison, Blazer, Bullet, Charger, etc.?

10 boats equal lots of personal likes/dislikes, like buying a vehicle. I know a guy who didn't buy a bass boat because he didn't like the seat styling. Another guy hated the consoles, and yet another didn't like the look of the hull stripes. All had lots of storage and huge fishing decks.....I say look at several in person, take a ride, narrow down to top 2-3 boats and make a decision. Maybe a local dealer is the final reason....maybe the way you are treated at dealer, etc.

If you like the looks of Skeeter best, take a ride, get your best price and buy it. Only you can decide what makes the deal breaker!

Like I told you mines available whenever your ready, even let you get behind the wheel and see what you think. Be alot better than a 30 minute test drive we can fish all day.

Simply personal preference. Love the look, the fishability. They could use a little more speed... thats about my only complaint. Sux seeing a Basscat whiz by you at WOT! Lol!

For me it's about service after the sale and the Skeeter dealer in DFW, Fun N Sun will get my business due to the way they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. my 2cents
