Winds have been light and from the south west yesterday and today. Tomorrow 20-30 mph from the northwest. I'm thinking with how warm it has been since last week that I should fish shallow and on the eastern shore of white river. Anyone have any other suggestions?

I'd agree with that! I took my kayak out there yesterday and caught a skunk... I noticed a lot of small gizzard shad swimming and dying near the surface. I think it had to do with how cold it was last week and it caused a shad kill.
