Tawakoni rain.... 1/4 inch

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

Mid-Lake Palestine, 1.5" for the two days, with very little runoff.

Lake Palestine is in pretty good shape with the lake just down one foot. But, a good 5"/6" gully washer would be fine to get some fresh water in the lake and flush it out a little.

The rainfall maximums were scattered all over the place. I'm in Grand Prairie and we barely barely got an inch but lake Worth got over 2 inches. Tarrant county got the most in DFW. Either way we need a persistent weeklong rain event. Luckily winter is probably the best time for that in Texas with systems constantly coming in. I'll be watching the models.

Think we got maybe .001 inch. So disappointed. But what more depressing was I didn't go fishing. frown
