I've created a monthly tournament that the people will decide the event details. This includes Dates, Times and Locations. All registrations and voting can be done at the link provided at the bottom of the post.

I'm open to suggestions and idea's, so PM me or use the website to submit any information/questions

Info/Rules
*$10 Entry per person (Age does not apply)
*Must have VALID Texas Fishing license. Not having it will eliminate you from winning. You can still fish at your own risk, but I/we will not be responsible for you. (This rule does not apply to anyone under 17 years of age)
*Only Bass can be weighed in
*Heaviest Bass will win the pot
*Fish must be weighed by a event volunteer (Volunteers will be disclosed at the beginning of each event)
*A picture of the fish with weight must be taken, with fisherman's camera, so the fish can be released asap. (Volunteers will help with this)
*Give all fisherman (and women) reasonable space to fish
*Do not overcrowd one area
*Try to keep it PG-13 (we will be fishing around kids and families in certain events.)
*Fish at your own risk. You slip down a bank and fall, that's the risk we all take.

and the most important rule...
*Have fun, make friends, catch some Bass.

There's a little over 2 weeks left until the next event. Need to vote if you haven't done so already. If you don't vote, we are going to fish at Breckenridge Park in Richardson. If you want that location to change, you must vote.

Oh yeah... The winner of each event will have their picture placed on the front page of my website... so try to take a descent picture of you and the bass unless you want everyone to see a bad picture

Do me one favor please... Take a horizontal and vertical picture of you and the bass. In some cases I will need to crop the image and it works better one way or the other.

What time works? Do we want to keep it the same as last time and go from 2:00pm to 5:00pm? We can extend the hours but I would prefer not to reduce the hours.

The time will be the same as the last event. It will start at 2pm and end at 5pm. Weigh ins will be handled the same way as the last event as well.

The next event is this coming Sunday. Please don't forget to register before the event and be familiar with the Rules/Info. This even should be really interesting as I've never fished there before. I used to work down the street but never had time to fish it. I should have.
Sharpen those hooks and practice setting the hook... It's game on this Sunday.

Hmmm. Sounds like a personal invitation to me! Im in.

It doesn't look like its going to rain on sunday now. Only a 20%-30% chance now. I was waiting to see how it was going to be closer to the weekend. Sunday is still on unless the weather gets bad.

A little rain never stopped any of us before. In fact, sometimes a little rain helps. Has anyone pre-fished? I fished it a couple of weekends ago and got nothing. Still, looking forward to Sunday. Best of luck to all.

I fished it last saturday (when it was cold and rainy)...caught 4 bass, 3 crappie and about a 5lb catfish LOL....weather wasn't the best but should be ok
