With the lake being around 20% I cant imagine being able to launch and if you could I bet you would have to have 4x4
|

I see no reason why you couldn't launch from Kickapoo! Lake is only a foot or so low. I'll swing by ramp tomorrow and repost pics and report!

I think you guys are talking oranges and apples. "Lake Kickapoo" is near Wichita Falls and is almost 16ft low. I'm guessing that nitro man Z7 (being from Bullard) is talking about "Kickapoo Bay" and ramp that are located on Lake Palestine, which is 0.85ft low.
