Nice going Todd! We just missed y'all...we fished it wed/thurs and slept in Friday morning cuz we were so wore out, lol

They are in there thick right now! Smart move, Michael . Line was long at the ramp on Saturday 6:30 am. One of the boat shows had 50 boats but most were fight the Bull. There were 20 folks in line at the cleaning table. Lol. Yep reds ran thick

You got sharp eyes, Mike! The week before my buddy (best friend also named Mike) took his wife and daughter to the cut and got easy limits using plastics and live shrimp and minows. But the east wind made the water stained when got there. It was slow for us and only caught 6 on the live shrimp my buddy caught at the Fat Boys ramp. My wife and I love to eat flounder. We looked a several hot spots but they weren't home. And the high tides were early AM and late PM which didn't favor our fishing hours. We were using live and cut baits that were caught along the jetty rocks using shrimp. I caught two Spanish and two slot reds while catching baits at the rocks using light gear Lol.

Isn't the limit 3 a person with one over 28" if it is tagged for red fish? Good question. Those are two day results. We fished late the first day and too tired to clean them. We struggled to find slot keepers cuz most were monster Bulls CPR'ed. The two we tagged were right at 28". Been doing this for a couple of decades now and the reds population is easy picking in Oct thanks to conservation Now I wish they they ease up on the red snapper
