Okay guys, I have to go again to Shreveport this week for work and I have been tired of passing up all those signs to Fork, LOP, Caddo, etc. so this time I am going to stop by and catch me some crappie. I bought a belly boat, made it's maiden voyage on Sunday and it is loaded up in the truck. Question is, which one do I stop at to try my luck? Give me two suggestions because I will be stopping tonight and then on Saturday morning.

Please remember that I will be in a float tube so will be looking for bridge pilings or other easy fishing structure. Please also include as much details as you can such as;

1) What bridge and where can I park close by.
2) Favorite bait/color to use.
3) Suggested depths.
4) How should I hold my tongue to make sure I can catch a few (I fish Lewisville so I deserve at least one good day this year).

I will also be hitting a few casinos so send me $10.00 and I'll bet a hand of Black Jack or a number/color on the roulette tables for you. If you win, I'll mail you your winnings minus my 10% cut. Trust me.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Nitro, if I was in town, I would give you the money. I can't help you on the spots, I haven't fished out that way in a long time. As far as a cup goes, you should bring your own. Don't borrow one.

WARNING!!! Do NOT let this guy near your home or your home lake. He is like a stray cat, once you feed him he will never leave.

Ron, my son said you can borrow his cup he used during his T-ball days. Hope you get the info you asked for buddy.

If you are going to Shreveport I would assume you will be heading east on I-20. What I would suggest you google up Google Maps and make a note of some of the lakes within proximity of your route and give em a try.That`s what I`d do It couldn't hurt 2cents

Don't let Spro kid you Todd, the only reason I stop by his house is because his wife makes some dang good Cajun vittles. If you tried some you would never leave as well.

Well, I guess he is somewhat right but there is a good reason. grill
