Go south of the 820 boat ramp and flip all the reeds you will catch them!

If that doesn't pan out, go across the lake, fish along the rip/rap on the shoreline BUT, do it early! Top waters ....do NOT try to go back down the lake too far past the Hwy 199 bridge. Hidden stumps, gets really shallow going further up towards Eagle Mountain....up what is called the river. Good Luck

I can't ever catch a anything out there. I did see a guy catch a 40 something pound catfish last weekend. Good luck. It was caught on a crappie jig out of a float tube.

Sent you a PM. It's not the easiest of lakes but, there have been some NICE fish caught there. Forgot to mention: on northern end just past Hwy 199 bridge to your right, try that area with 'Rattle Snake' shakey head/watermelon or similar color S-L-O-W !! Good luck, will look for follow up post..... Will be Sunday so, will be others fishing there too...especially east of Loop 820 launch around those reeds........
