I have tried oak grove, twin coves park, twin coves marina/murrell park. Tried shad, dip bait, stink bait, and chicken livers. Aparently there are no catfish to be had from the bank at the moment. Lol

Any suggestions???? Please and Thank you.

May not be you. Fish have been acting all crazy all year. Past few weeks have been slow as heck.it should get better in next few weeks, at least history wise. I see forums all over where guys are catching fish in shallow water, I couldnt get a bite in shallow water with a grenade. I been catching mine in 26-30ft water, opposite from many others. Its just fishin. Keep trying they are there, they are tempting you! LOL

Man, you just gotta stay after them! Have gotten skunked my last five outings. Just makes that next takedown that much sweeter!

Glad to hear I am not the only one.

My personal best is still swimming out there just getting bigger. One of these days I will quit feeding it.

I fish grapevine often and hardly ever catch anything - it doesn't help that I don't know the lake that good. I did catch one that was 15 lbs but that's one good fish, I must have been there at least 20 times. Maybe it's the wrong spots I fish at - I don't think it's the bait because I usually have fresh shad, buffalo and perch.

What OZ weights do yall use? I've got 2oz no rolls on a 10 med-hvy rod to try and get it out there a bit further. If we could get some rain and get some of these ramps opened back up wouldn't be a problem. lol

Thank you for all the PM's with the suggestions. I will be trying all of them next week when I head back out there.
