Big Papa may be new to the forum but, he sure isn't to catchin crappie! Like he says, he has kind of taken me under his wing and is showing me around Lake Texoma. Places I'd never even heard of or seen on a map and some of the most beautiful places on earth. Bobby knows more brush piles from memory than I have in my locator library of waypoints! And, he just directs me right to them everytime! It might have something to do with being such an avid crappieholic, he goes most everyday! Anyway, great guy and new friend! I'm sure you all will join me in welcomging a fellow crappieholic to the forum!  The pic is from yesterday at a place called 'the butcherpen' and I'd tell you where it is but, I'd have to kill you'!

Welcome Big Papa. I fished for Crappie for about 10 years on Texoma then moved to Fork. Just moved back to Sherman so my Cumberland Cove wife could be close to the grand kids. I look forward to to catching some of those nice Texoma crappie again.
