Very nice outing and enjoyed the video

Champion we were CARing becasue we were lazy, hybrids are a put and take fishery, I actully had a warden and a biologist on Benbrook get after me for not keeping any and putting them all back.

Remember then that dude told us with a drawing voice, "I sure wish y'all would but them back, we used to catch 20 pounders all the time".

How about that 15 minute span where you guys and Suzanne were flat out tearing them up. The guy parked between us was swiveling his head so much, it looked like it was going to fly off.

For the record, I saw mounts of a 17 and 15pound Hybrid caught from here, this was during the time (late 80's thru early 90's) when NO ONE fished this lake except local residents. Plenty of Hybrids here, some will certainly be in the ten pound class next year.

The guy I was refering to was a dude we called "the warden" he was constantly hounding us on Benbrook. I saw some huge mounts at Whitney from back in the 80's and I caught a few in the high teens in Falcon but it was over 20 years ago...

I seem to remember, he used to wear a "referee" looking shirt most of the time. Didn't he?
