I'd like to do the stretch above the Nature Center, but them closing at 5 PM is a deal-breaker. Is it safe to park a a truck at the Ten-Mile Bridge and leave it for a while? I might not even fish the first trip. Well, you know I don't lie!

I've done it a few times. We park in the middle of the road at the bridge in the yellow stripe area to unload and portage, then move the trucks off to the side of the road and park them under the trees. I leave my jeep there all day and haven't had an issue yet. Your luck may vary.

There is a boat ramp north of 10 Mile Bridge before you get to the old Vance's Camp. I stop there to stretch when I pass by coming up from the Nature Center but I couldn't tell you how to get there. There were several trucks parked there yesterday and I think that maybe where the game warden puts in sometime. On weekends the Nature Center is open until 7. I like to launch from the Nature Center because I feel like my truck my be a little safer.

I've parked at that bridge on Ten Mile Bridge Rd three times and have never had a problem.

Now the key to catching good fish there is to cast between the floating Walmart bag and the hypo!! Lol jk!!
