A few of us are heading up to the big pond this coming Sunday morning.
Forecast is showing a slight chance of rain with ridiculously low wind. Plan is to hit the shallows for top water action and fish the ledge when the stripers move deeper.
Since I have not been to Texoma for quite sometime, I am heading there EARLY to scout out some spots but anyone who is interested in joining can join us later but you definitely want to be there 20-30 mins before sunrise.
The launch is still open till I gather more intel but most probably Highport. Just throwing this out there and will finalize the time and location by tomorrow.

should have asked in the earlier post what tackle/rigs to have ready....
i have fished only fished T with guides and live bait off the bottom.
Topwaters are self explanatory.....what do i need to have ready for the ledges? thanks!

Time : 5:30am launch : Highport marina please bring BUCKTAILS, sassy, cohos, slabs(1-1.5oz)and topwater. If you need something(I have extra Jig heads, sassy and coho) especially BUCKTAILS or slabs contact Joe at http://www.reaxtionlures.com/ He is dropping off My order at Highport tomorrow. Contact him If you need something so he can bring them with him tomorrow.

Hey thanks guys for putting this together. My 6 year old got his first striped bass! 27" and 20". We took off pretty early though so we didn't get to see what happened with everyone else. He fell asleep on the way back to the dock holding a trolling rod, luckily that one didn't get bit!

Good meeting you Rawfish. I was next to you and got to enjoy watching your son catch that 27 incher. That alone made my day, he was having a blast!
