I do wonder if a new "pattern" or if a certain bottom depth should be observed.
assuming the Crappie have sensed some change in the coming of fall.

trees that looks good big branchy ones, water is 15 to 25 ft deep sometimes 9 to 12, and minnows start at 6 foot down and go down from there. and back up again, a foot or so at a time. moving the minner back and forth along the trunk or branch

catch the heck out of LMB, though.
if I was fishing a bass tourny, I would jig every good looking tree. :0

I fished brush piles and trees yesterday and only caught a couple. They are not on the brush piles like they have been in the past years. This may only b my opinion or luck but I cant seem to find them.

Brush piles just aren't great this year.. Some are. But timber is where you need to be!

I know I need to get up earlier. hitting the lake at 12pm expecting to get fish.. probably not going to be so productive. Maybe when it cools off more ?

there is ohhhh....99% more of the lake I have yet to fish, lol.
