I saw quite a few bass boats out on the waters this morning. Did anyone else have a hard time catching them this morning? I usually catch at least 5 or 6 in a few hours. A small sand bass on a buzzbait was it for me this morning. Going to give it another shot in the morning.

I picked up a few this morning around the little elm bridge. Tossing around the construction gear for the bridge workers. Fished from 10-1pm. Texas rig watermelon chigger craw. Fish were in 2'

Yea the water level changing a foot or two every week is really messing with them. They'll be bunched up in a typical spot one day, and nothing there the next. Guys have been catching them shallow the last 2 days. . .

Fished Friday morning from about 7 to 12:30 after the rain and storm

A few early top water blow ups, but didn't catch them. After that, zero, zilch, nada!

I was disappointed. Threw all kinds of stuff, but zeroed anyway.

slow slow slow, shakey heads with small baits are getting bit, usually little ones but better than nothing. you can catch a few nice ones mixed in, fish are still relating to points and rocks. good luck

I went back out on Sunday night and the lake was packed. There was only one trailer parking spot open at Tower Bay. I threw just about everything and didn't land a single fish. I did have a few bites though. It was way to windy to be fishing so I left pretty quick. I appreciate the tips. Next time I do good I'll fill you guys in on what I was using. Watermelon red flake shakyheads have been my go to but the luck may be running out.

I'm sure there is. The deepest water I fish in is 15-25ft.
