we got nothing real exact and i am sure the electronics are fried anyway. I might go back and throw some brush around it, maybe we could dropshot a smallie off it in the future and get something out of that pile of junk!

That's a tough break for sure. I had a Motorguide that kept ripping apart the attachment bushings. It would take off without the boat, did it 3 times. I think Motorguide was getting bad raw material when they were making these bushings. I was just glad it didn't come loose while running the big motor.....

I was looking for something to secure mine better, either the Ram mount version or I most likely will get this.

Looks great----just not sure how it will attach to a Terrova.

After installing my Terova, I noticed how "springy" the shaft was. I purchased the RAM mount to minimize the bounce, and now it serves to minimize accidental deployments also..

+1 on the RAM Trolling Motor Mount

I always strap mine down as I do not need anymore in flight incidents peep

Hire a diver, find a local dive club. A couple of hundred dollars and someone would go done to get it I bet. I would, but I am a little to far away to make it worth the drive.

For a $2300 TM, this would be money well spent.
