they rock - love mine
VERY adjustable, sturdy and a 'straight-up' hook set.

I have the standard / adjustable with the rail mounts on my pontoon. Best addition I've made to date.

I bought an ugly stik with a fairly thick butt end on it for cats. The rod fits in the holder just fine.

I miss the ones that I had on the little 14' stick steer boat I had. My Royal came with 4 single Mike's (I believe that's what they're called), very sturdy, but not as user friendly as the Bee Ready's. Will get some more Bee Ready's and take off the existing ones.

Get the standard/adjustable ones Rick. That is what I have on my boat.

Keep on fishing.

Also buy the Transport Rod Holder attachment that slides up and down the stem. It makes the Bee Ready Rod holder even more functional. Pic on website below:

If we concentrated on the really important stuff in life,
there'd be a shortage of fishing poles

They left Coppell this morning, and should be at the house tomorrow banana

They have great customer service and you'll love them.
I'm more inclined to have a horizontal rod holder for my set-up. I just think in my smaller boat, they will be more out of the way thumb
Let us know how well the vertical holder works for you.
And share some after installation pics cheers
