Free Hybrid mount!!!! No cash, no pay....nothing.

Here are the stipulations and the fine PRINT!!!! Between now and October 31st, Halloween day we have a little competition!!! The top 5 fish will be throw in a pot��.the drawn winner gets a FREE Hybrid mount. FREE!!! Skin mounted fish! Your fish! What do you have to lose?
Here are the details! Hybrids ONLY�.no stripers�..maybe sometime in the future! Minimum starting length is 20 inches. You have to measure the fish�.accurately on a metal rule. No exceptions! Mouth closed and butted up to the end, tail pinched and a clear photo of the fish and the entire length of the rule. The fish can be held down in the middle, but the head and tail clearly seen for undisputable measurement. The fish must be legally caught (current license, hook and line, etc., per TP&W). The fish then needs to be iced down and frozen as soon as you get to your final destination. You can enter as many times as you want. Running tally will be right on this post. Post up the picture of your fish. ONLY Texas Fishing Forum members, you must be a registered member, your post�.your fish! Any exceptions to any rule, my call is the final call.
The winner will be drawn within the first week of November and I will video the drawing! Five(5) cards will be put in the hat. One(1) with win�.the others blank. Longest fish draws first so forth and so on. You�ll have 15 days from that day to get the fish to me or I draw again from the remainders. The winner will also have to fill out an accurate order form with license number, address and Wildlife Resource Document.
I will also be able to choose the style and positioning of the fish and the display. I also will relinquish possession of the fish in the spring of 2015! This isn�t my first rodeo, I just need a hybrid to display at the boat shows this winter to go with the rest of my display fish. YOU get a beautiful hybrid mount to have and to keep! The fish WILL be a very quality mount�..what comes in is what goes out, so handle the fish like it is a quality mount to be! I also have a certified scale in the shop and all the paperwork for any record fish. Feel free to search the Classified section or posts for photos of fish mounts I've done.

No favoritism....BUT it would be nice if one of the Belton Bunch would walk away with this!!!!! I'm on the Crappie forum everyday.....I'll keep it monitored! Any questions....post 'em up!!!

That's an awesome offer! Have a feeling this may turn in to the Lake Tawakoni brag board, but may offer up something from Lake Palestine if can find any.

Any suggestions on how to freeze the fish? Would just placing it in a plastic bag and then in to freezer be acceptable?

Thanks for doing this! I was there when jpowell picked up his crappie mount that you did and it looked awesome! You definitely do outstanding work!

My recommendation....and thanks for reminding me....is to wrap the fish in a wet cotton towel, T-shirt, etc. and then put it in the bag. Take extra care to make sure the tail gets a double wrap. That fish will thaw out looking darn near perfect!!

Tawakoni doesn't have all the big fish!! Lots of "sleeper" lakes out there!!! Enjoy!!!
