We had a great time yesterday and the weather was awesome! Apparently I'm a great guide because the guys I take with me always catch the bigger fish!

My buddy with a 27" 6 lb striper.

We tested out my new trolling motor mount on my big tuna and it worked great! It died the last hour around 1:30 so had to paddle back but not bad for using it the whole morning.

We caught a couple of catfish, a few small hybrids and I caught this guy trolling on our way in. Anyone know what it is?

It wasn't non stop for 8 hours but we did troll a lot. Using a minn Kota 30lb thrust with a marine deep cycle 32Ah battery. I found a 35ah battery way cheaper at similar weight so i will be returning the other.

I have to take the wife to the airport on Saturday so I'll be back up there Sunday. I haven't decided on where to launch from yet.
