Went fishing with the family on Texoma this weekend. Two days and two limits of 30, fishing with 3 people both days. All on top water, and color really mattered. Size kind of mattered, and body style of lure did not seem to matter at all. Had tons of folks fishing around us getting blanked slabbing and working other top waters. Nothing big, but tons of small fish.

Whoops! Forgot the color. The junior seemed to worked better than the regular one, but we used the popper version as well in the sexy shad color and it worked too. It seemed that even if the color was a little bit different they wouldn't touch it.

Cool thanks pixelfish .. Sat we had similar experience , only the silver/white plastics got hit, chartreuse / green didn't get much at all.

Those lures look like a take off of my Cordell Blue Striper lures.

I think I have a pair of those as well.

These SK Sexy Dawgs were great, but the hook quality is just trash. I have three of them and broke at least a barb or split ring on each one over the course of two days. I replaced them with some better split rings and hooks yesterday.
