I got my 2 Crappie Counter's last week (color coordinated with the Stratos!!) and was anxious to get out & see if I could remember to pull a bead better than reach down to the floor and click the clicker. Well, I never missed a beat! the problem is, I couldn't get it to count any higher than 9! I tried to call Tommie to see if I was doing something wrong but I guess he was out field testing a new batch so I thought I'd give it another chance. Took it out on Friday and sure nuff, it only counted up to 9 again! WHAT GIVES Tommie?? Is there a "Breaking-In Period" you go thru till you can expect Full Performance. Oh well, I'm committed now. I'll keep working with it & just hope I don't wear out those first 9 beads!

I asked how they worked and was told but still couldn't wrap my brain around it. Need a video.

Let me use it and see if I can fix it.

Just kidding, bait in the water column around that magic depth has been key in locating the fish, for me anyways.

Bobby, I'm sure Tommie & Matthew will come up with something much more professional lookin but until then, I'd hate to think of you sittin out in the middle of the lake with a keeper crappie in your hand (I know, I know! But it COULD happen) and not know what to do next cuz you can't keep count!
