 Decent trout bite today !!!

When ya promise your Mom fresh trout when she visits ya better TCB on that promise 
.. got my feet wet around 8:30 am ( slight delay to my 7:00 am planned time to start) and strung 8 keeper trout up to 22" by 11:30 am, tendonitis/arthritis got me today in my left shoulder, otherwise I'd have stayed and got my limit of 10, so I left'em biting, .. also released several 17" - 18" reds, .. had a non-stop trout bite for about 20 minutes or so ... trout bite was scattered until dolphins circled me and pushed more trout up on this flat I like to wade and IT was on, trout ever cast for awhile.
- Guess what's for supper ?

Live shrimp was the ticket, caught and released some nice croaker along with 15 or so undersized trout and about 5 or so reds ...

Mom did eat well while she was in town - fresh trout filets and some fresh 12 count grilled shrimp, hard to beat.
