The bite picked up a little better after the rain started and it got cool. Usually a cold front shuts the bite down. There really wasn't a shortage of bites, we just have to catch a bunch of nine inch fish to get to some keepers. But the keepers we had were all really good ones. This fish have been very scattered but we have been able to stay on top of them pretty good. Minnows have been a necessity. Fish are still relating to the bottom and any depth of water ranging from 10ft-25ft for me. Just don't give up on an area too soon because just because the first couple of trees you fish don't produce doesn't mean they won't be on the next!

I have a couple of evenings open this week for working mans trips if anyone would like to go catch some fish at a very reasonable price of only $125. Most trips are timber fishing trips. So if you want to learn how to timber fish Ray Roberts, this is a great way to do it. This trip includes two people.

Also I have half day and full day trips available as well. Half days are $225 and full days are $275. I've got everything we need to go catch the fish. Just give me a shout or a message and we can set something up!
