It was a great week to be fishing PK. I did a Sand Bass trip on Saturday and it was tough. Fishing before the cold front and Sat night and Sunday morning was good. Some of these fish were caught on slabs and some on live bait. We have lots of small striper these days. The trick is to use a large shad to keep the little fish off.

Randy, that really looks like a nice trip.
I'm going to try and schedule a trip with you later this year with my neighbor Don. He went out on a fishing trip with you earlier this year and said it was a super trip.

Just got back from PK on Sunday!! We found two really good schools of sand bass and we were catching them two at a time on the same rattle trap while they were boiling the water!! Did that Friday and Saturday.

Mike caught some nice Stripers today. I Sand Bass Fished and had to work hard but we caught them at my office at 11:00 A.M. Bite was late for the Sand Bass. All caught on Slabs. Off to the bait hole. Caught 40 baby striper that were released gentley.
Ill let Mike post just how good PK is getting.
