Hi all
I am looking to upgrade my kayak, I am a fly fisherman and am thinking seriously about the Feelfree Lure kayak I saw that a fishing show. I am leaning towards the 10' but also looking that the 11.5'
The reason I like it is it is very stable for standing and the adjustable seat looks amazing
Have any of you had experience with this model?
Also if so does anyone know if you could attach a small trolling motor to either the 10 or 11.5 models
Much appreciated and thanks

Mike

I would go with the 11.5' unless you won't be able to store or transport the extra length. I've paddled the 10 and didn't think it tracked all that well even for a 10 foot kayak. A reason for the tracking is because the bottom is pretty flat, which makes the primary stability great for standing. The design of the seat is very unique, but be forewarned that it is noisier than other adjustable seats, especially when you have to release it to lower it. Just thought I'd mention it since you'll be fly fishing.

I would definitely look at the 11.5 because it is going to track a little better (but still a great a choice for smaller bodies of water and rivers) and actually feel a little more stable.
