Bry Fly: Billy Seaman showed me that spot in confidence, so I'm not at liberty to show t n my map. However, a BigCrappie.com guide recently described where it is in a TFF post.

sloveless: I try to be nice because God has been nice to me. As one who has had the awesome blessings of peace with God and forgiveness for all my failures (past, present and future) through hearing, understanding and believing that God in Christ paid my sin debt on the cross, I try to show my gratitude by following the Law of Christ - that is loving God, loving my fellow man and doing unto others as I would want them to do to me. In fishing, one way that's manifested is in helping others, mostly week-end fishermen, by giving them tips on where and how to catch fish. During my working career, except on vacations, Saturday was the only day I could fish - Sunday being the day I took my family to church. So, preceding the Saturday I was planning to fish I scoured the papers, new letters, radio shows, etc. for where the white bass were biting. There was no forum back then, but having someone provide the info I now do would have been invaluable. Sharing this info and seeing other people have fishing success is a joy because I believe it not only helps folks but also pleases God for me to do it. Many anglers fear that if they share their favorite spots, they will get crowded with other fishermen, and in smaller bodies of water that's probably true. However, here at Cedar Creek there are so many good spots, sharing them with others has never caused me a problem. If someone is where I intended to go, I go to one of the many other spots.

We went out Saturday and hit a couple of spots around the north side of the lake. The boys did ok and we had a good time.

I was using a mepps spinner and snagged a line someone had lost. I pulled it up and it had a mepps spinner on it. cool
