 POC marsh abandoned shacks

Just wondering if its ok to pull up to old shacks piers that appear to not be in use for many years. Can you tie up and fish from there piers???

Been fishing POC for many years and never, ever seen anybody in them. I've pulled up beneath them in big storms many a time. Have often caught reds near the pilings of their piers.
