Came down with my kids this weekend, never fish seawolf park before,is the fishing pier inside the park? What bait is good ? Not targeting specific type of fish, just want my son to catch something for fun.

Cat- The pier is inside the park. Some people also fish the cement embankment on the south and east of the naval ships. If you're going to just go to catch whatever, small pieces of dead shrimp will catch you some fish (eg croaker, whiting, etc). But you don't necessarily have to go to the park (fee) to catch fish.
