Please forgive if this is off topic. I only fish freshwater for NOW in North Texas. I plan to move to the coast in a few years and am considering moving from a 2012 Skeeter ZX 2250 to a Sea Hunt BX 24 BR now. The winds up here can get pretty nasty. Then I can just move the Bay Boat with me. Does anyone have first hand knowledge of the Sea Hunt? Been very far out on calm days? Boat quality? Fishability? I KNOW they ride well. I have seen one on the water, beautiful boat but I have not set foot in one. Considering ordering a 2015 model with a hard top. Any advice appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!!

Check out the Key West line of boats. They are very popular in Florida. Dry and safe, been off shore up to 40 miles and in some nasty stuff. Great boats.

I have that exact boat, love it. Have a Yamaha 300, with about every extra. Just returned from Port A, and for that area it is a great all around boat. We went off shore several miles in 4' seas and it was great, also fished flats.
