I'm starting to think that there may really be some advantages to tying Clousers on a Pro tube. Advantages like easier hook removal and saving tearing up newly tied materials. Any thoughts or experiences with tube flies would be appreciated. Tks in advance.

I have tied a lot of tubes for clients that use them for salmon, muskie and pike etc never seen a clouser on a tube but it should work, the tube will not always save on torn up materials but it certainly has its advantages
Post some pics of your tyings

Have not tied a Tube Clouser yet. But, have been tying Tube Fishing Flies with success on local lakes and ponds. I tie it like a Clouser except I use Marabou instead of Deer Hair and no Eyes.

Used a Red and White Tube Fly trolled behind a kayak this morning and caught White Bass. Used Crappie Jigs and Slabs, too but most went for the tube fly.

Had better hook ups and fishing flies remained in good condition!

Headed to the lake after work this evening. No bites for a while and then caught two White Bass using a White Tube Fly. Today's Video.
