Beat together..
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 c sugar
2 teasp vanilla

Beat 1 cup heavy cream, and fold half of it into the peanut butter mixture then the rest. Fold into the precooked crust and chill 4 hours before serving.

Just added another recipe to the "notes" file...
Thanks Kat!

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

Hey Kat, when you mention folding in the heavy cream, do you mean with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon or does it matter?

Y'all, I can't stress to you just HOW GOOD this pie is. Now I just need to make some hot fudge to drizzle over the top.

Peanut butter pie is my all time favorite. If you don't want to beat the heavy cream cool whip turns out good too!

Yep. I'm a dork and don't think of it, but yes, cool whip would work just fine. Just an 8 oz tub. smile
