Navionics Platinum South, MSD/HMPT-S6) Freshest Data Update is available as I downloaded and updated my Platinum SD card today.

I did receive the "NOT ENOUGH SPACE, 960MB REQUIRED" nasty-gram.

Navionics Support responsed quickly with the following instructions:

Please, try to follow these steps in order to free enough space in your card:
1. Connect your card to your computer and explore it;
2. Copy all files from the card to your desktop (in particular, take care of nTag.txt and carduuid.txt files which are hidden files and Charts folder);
3. Delete all files inside the Charts folder;
5. Restart the ChartInstaller to download again charts;

Let us know how it works and do not hesitate to ask if you need any further detail.
Best Regards

Navionics Tech-Support

After doing so I was able to perform my update.

I did notice during the Update that the MB's downloaded repeatedly jump back and forth to the number of MB's downloaded. But it did reach 960.8 MB and completed successfully.

Now both my Platinum and Premium maps are updated.

If work was as much fun as fishing, I'd LOVE my job!
