I use darker colors in clear water or really cloudy days. And i use bright colors for muddy water. And white is almost always effective.

Ok thank you I will try this. I will not be able to put my boat in the water for the next 3 weeks or so . Also 1st thing i did when i plugged it in is update the firmware of it. So i'm running that on Navionics Premium Lakes.

Eagle claw hooks are over priced an poor quality in my apinion. I found some hooks called invicta circles that work great compare to gamas an reasonably priced can find them using a google search

Tested out tilt and trim today it does work but very slow all the wires are chewed up so maybe that is the problem. Would sell for 150

You should give Century bass club a call. They are very non boater friendly. They have a bunch of good sticks that you could really learn and cut your learning curve way down.

Price reduced to $40. Battery has run down and a new battery from radio shack is around $20 I believe is when I purchased one last. It uses a 12 volt battery like the one in a home security system.
